Hi Brian, There is no way that I know of to have the program itself actually do the labelling for you, so this must be done manually.
The members on the blind movie buffs list I co-run actually label it manually using a site called the Internet Movie Database. It will list each show in chronological order for each season once you find the show itself and enter on it. The web site is: http://www.imdb.com In the search field, just type in the name of the show and press enter. On the resulting page, you'll get a list of found matches, you simply have to enter on the right listing, press enter, and it will give you all kinds of information you did and did not want to know about the show. Although it is a movie database, it does do television shows, and the site is very Jaws friendly. I use Jaws, and, if you're a Jaws user, it's quite easy to go through the pages, even with the hundreds of links on the page. On the home page, you can just press the letter C to go to the only combo box on the page, which happens to be right above the form field to enter your search criteria. So what I do is press the letter C, followed by the letter F to take me to the next form field. I enter forms mode and type in my search criteria and press enter. On the resulting page, I press the number 2 on the number row to get to the level 2 heading, and the search matches start there. I believe the heading is called popular titles. >From there, you arrow down the list until you find the match you want. Make sure you enter on the title and/or name of the match,, otherwise you'll get a blown up picture that is beside the match, which is usually a promotional picture for the match you're looking for. Lastly, once you've found and entered on the name you're looking for, on the resulting page, just press the number one to go to the first heading on the page, followed by the number three which takes you to the overview of the information available about the show or movie. If you want to expand on the information, for example, if you want to get the complete credited cast, you would arrow down to the more link after the summarized list of the cast, and on the resulting page, just press the number 1 to go to the number one heading, which is the beginning of the list of the cast members. The same goes for any link which give you more information on any given heading. In your case, since you're looking for the list of chronological shows, right below the overview link, or soon thereafter, you'll get a list of the seasons. Just enter on the season you want, and it will take you there, as I believe they're same page links, but don't quote me on that. Suffice it to say, this site is a good source of information on movies and television shows, from directors, writers, cast and crew members, trivia and even movie goofs and the like. it's also a good source for biographical information on movie stars and other show business personalities that you might want to look up. Another option for you to get this sort of information is |Wikipedia, which also lists the show names and such in chronological order, just in case you aren't able to do the IMDB site.
