With the exception of programs like Jaws I would avoid paying for anything. 
It is quite clear that we are a very tiny market for software producers and 
accessibility comes well down their priorities whether you've paid for the 
program or not.

Grisoft is one of the better companies but even they have fallen into the 
trap of upgrading software which is now unsuitable for us.
