Hi Chris, thanks for this. I take it that no matter what I do, I am going to have to copy and past the sender's information and the body of the email separately into the form, instead of being able to copy the lot as a whole? Hopefully this will be okay. The purpose, is mainly to help prove, that I received the information in the email from the sender on a certain day. As I said, I have to submit this information online with the online form I need to fill out. Thanks for your help. I tend to forget the vertualize command Thanks Jason
