I think this is the same problem that I was inquiring about a few weeks ago.
Does it say toolbar when you try to open something or sometimes go to Google
when you don't want it too?  I still haven't resolved the issue totally, but
rest asured you aren't the only one.  I have discovered that I no longer have to
hit alt d or any of the other keys associated with opening a web site as that
seems to make the computer behave strangely, I get the google issue.  Simply
type the address in.  I think there is a search bar in the internet programs
now, and I believe that you and I have inadvertently activated it.  According to
my sighted husband everything looks fine.
