Hi. I'm using CDex version 1.50 Beta 9. When I rip a CD to my hard drive,
it seems that more often than not the rips are bad because the tracks have a
few skips in them. I can't figure out why that is. My computer has plenty
of memory and a fast CPU. Nor am I running other programs when I'm ripping
CD's. My CD's aren't dirty as far as I know. My question is could there be
a setting in Cdex to slow down the speed of the rip? I'm thinking if it can
be made to rip at a slower speed, then perhaps it might do a better job.
Otherwise, I don't know. Thanks.
