I don't think Firefox 3 has a command like Control J to launch the RSS feeds list. In Firefox, feeds are called Live Bookmarks and can be found on the Bookmarks menu. Unfortunately,unlike IE, Firefox does not offer any audible alert when you land on a web page that contains RSS feeds. So if you rely on a screen reader like JAWS and use feeds, Firefox is probably not a good option. I haven't found any Firefox extensions that add audible feedback when you land on a feeds page.
