I beg to differ. He asked if there were any web sites that would allow for download of such movies. Why not tell him about being able to play the described movies on the System Access Mobile network from Serotek? We use computers to download things. Those movies can't be downloaded, but they can be played on the computer through the System Access Mobile Network media player. If You are concerned that it might be off topic because of possible piracy, recall that he didn't mention anything about doing it for free.
