Which ones specifically?  Tooltips?

The one thing I normally disable straight away is the scanning of incoming 
emails, as well as the marking as 'checked by AVG' of outgoing ones.

Always reckon that I don't need it to check incoming emails since I wouldn't 
open a threatening attachment without first scanning it myself, and no need 
to add extra content to any email that you didn't want to be there in the 
first place.
