Has he installed the file called speech xp.exe on the Kichens inc
website? He shouldn't need to do that since he's running Windows XP,
but if the Sappi voices are missing, that's probaby why they're not
coming up. There's also a Sappi repair utility on the Kitchensinc
website, which he could try downloading and running. Hth!
