Consider using a standard keyboard with a one-handed typing technique. The most popular one is to shift your hand over to the f, g, h and j keys. You then reach with your fingers from that position. Use sticky keys as already suggested. You might find that you have trouble executing a few 3-key JAWS commands, but I think a few members of the group can give you more info on this.
Something in the back of my mind says that there might be a solution for you in the Windows keyboard manager/settings. It has been a while since I've dealt with this topic.
