Jaws 10 is full of bugs; maybe this is one. There are some bugs in Outlook,
the most annoying being the forms mode turning on and off on it's own.

I found that setting in JAWS options, and it is turned off, but the
subject line is still repeated twice.

Isn't that over in the verbosity under that long list of things you
want to hear jaws say? I think it's to do with the document something
or other, just go and uncheck it see if it makes any difference, you
can always go back and undo your changes...
Gotta like experiment with jaws settings to tweat it to your liking.
