On the Westel home page you have to put the cursor on the main menu choice in question (usually "advanced") and route JAWS to PC and the the mouse over event will cause another menu to be displayed this can be clicked on with theJAWS cursor and from then on it is just usual links. You do what the person told you, go to the ip address and it brings up a page to configure your router from. On a linksys there are different links that will take you to either a page to set up wireless, an administration page for setting your password and other things.
