What a surprise!
I tried to download AntiSpyware 2009. However, the AVAST anti virus program
has stopped it and I received the following warning message.
Indeed, I aborted the downloading process right away.

Hello,
I have just downloaded the free edition of SUPERAntiSpyware. I'm hoping
it
will remove things such as tracking cookies, but I'm wondering if it will
remove all cookies. I don't want it to remove cookies used by such sites
as
Amazon.com or Peapod.com. The reason I ask this is because I haven't run
any anti-spyware software for a long time since Adaware became unusable,
and
I have a huge number of tracking cookies listed.
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
