Yes there is a free online conversion service provided by Adobe for those who are finding PDF documents difficult. You have to paste in the link to the PDF document. To do this with Jaws press insert F7. Find the link to the PDF document from the links list. Then Tab to the move to link button. Press enter to move to the link. Press application key or shift F10 and select copy shortcut.
Now go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/access_onlinetools.html And paste in the shortcut link into the URL edit box. You will need to select the format you want and Adobe ask for feedback on why you are having to use this tool.
