Hi, David. I was able to get my friend's account working but now we're trying to get her husband's account set up. The first thing I did was have my friend remove the verizon account. Then I had her try to send me a test message but she got the error message that says ""the following errors ocurred while processing this task" or something like that. Then she got a dialog that said "please log in to the following server". When she typed in her husband's username and password and hit the space bar on the ok button, the same error message came up. Did you ever have this problem? If so, how did you solve it?

Hi, Bill. I just finished talking to my friend. I was on the line when she called fairpoint technical support. The guy who tried to help her told her
that she'd have to get a sighted person to help her set up the account.
That's not always easy. I used to have a tutorial on outlook express but it
either got thrown away or is misplaced.  If I had the tutorial, I think I
would have been able to help her more.

Thank you and Param for your help.  I don't know what else I can do for my
friend because I had her enter the correct information but it still didn't
go through.
