Hi, David. I was able to get my friend's account working but now we're
trying to get her husband's account set up. The first thing I did was have
my friend remove the verizon account. Then I had her try to send me a test
message but she got the error message that says ""the following errors
ocurred while processing this task" or something like that. Then she got a
dialog that said "please log in to the following server". When she typed in
her husband's username and password and hit the space bar on the ok button,
the same error message came up. Did you ever have this problem? If so, how
did you solve it?

That's not always easy. I used to have a tutorial on outlook express but

would have been able to help her more.
