How do I set-up then the Windows mail to use it just like OutlookExpress?

Windows mail and outlook are the same thing. Only difference is the

book. While in the windows mail folder, you have to hit control shift C

I received my new pc with Vista and Jaws v10 has installed in it.
I am now migrating from win XP to vista. Its a bit different environment.
My question is:
How do I use outlookExpress with vista?
Is there instruction how to configure vista for jaws usage?
