I used peapod for about a year and a half. I had problems with my first order that I couldn't readily rectify.
When I called their main number, they toldd me that one of their people was familiar with Jaws. I told him the problem I was having, and he made an adjustment at their end. Although I moved on to a local source, the rest of my experience with Peapod was favorable. I think that, if the problem persists, you might call them and ask if anyone there is familiar with jaws.
