Hi Chris, You shouldn't have to copy and paste anything to webvisum.
Once you land on a page that contains a CAPTCHA image to solve, you press your applications key, and arrow down to solve CAPTCHA and press enter. If Solve CAPTCHA isn't one of the options in the menu, then arrow down to the edit field where you would enter the image verification code, and press your applications key while in forms mode. The solve CAPTCHA option should be in the menu at that point. Once you enter on the solve CAPTCHA option, you get a dialog box that lets you know that the CAPTCHA has been submitted and the results will be available shortly for pasting. You wait a few seconds, or minutes, depending on how busy the service is, and then you get another dialog box letting you know that the results of the CAPTCHA has been pasted to your clipboard and is ready for pasting. It will also give you the results for your own information. You press the ok button, and head down to the edit box where you're supposed to enter the information, at which point you simply paste the information from your clipboard into the box, and continue on your marry way. You should not have to submit any image to Webvisum. You do have to do this with CAPTCHA Killer, but not with webvisum's plug in.
