Hi, Bruce. For some reason my computer won't let me change the time zone to
pacific daylight time. What do I do now? I've done everything I can think
of but nothing works.

Is your time set correctly? Are you set as observing daylight savings
time? Is your computer updated to switch to daylight savings time at
the
proper time?
