Did the same thing for me, but I'll tell you the page seems to really have way too much content on one page, so I think Jaws populating it's virtual buffer is the issue.

For example, it did initially tell me there were 257 headings on the page, and unless they've just labelled way too many things as headings, it's really likely there's just too much content on the one page.

I'm also running Jaws 10, on a windows XP pro machine, but only have SP2 on it, but have just moved over to IE 8 if that means anything.
