Hello, give these steps a try; 1. Press insert+6 on the number row=jaws configuration manager. Or, you could press, insert+F2, and down arrow until you hear jaws configuration manager, pressing enter here. 2. Press ctrl+shift+d= default file. 3. Press alt+S= set options menu. 4. Press the letter M=speech&sounds manager options. 5. Tab and press enter on the edit current scheme button. 6. Ctrl+Tab=ctrl type tab. 7. Press the letter R in the list-view until you hear read-only edit. 8. Tab to the set of radio-buttons and down-arrow until you hear, radio button for ignore. 9. Tab and press enter on the okay-button. 10. Tab again pressing enter on the okay-button. 11. Now press enter on yes to save the changes to the sound scheme. 12. Press alt+F4 to leave configuration-manager and enter on yes to save the changes.
