I'll make a note of that. I didn't try using autosizers own sound setting, I changed the windows sound scheme sound in control panel, sounds, on the sounds page, in that treeview, I was on windows and I hit the letter M, and it ends up on maximise, tab over to browse button and find whatever file you want to use.
Those are basically built in sound notifiers for standard windows activities, like error dialogue boxes etc. I also have a full set of sound clips that I got from somewhere else, but can't rememberr and you could basically create your own .wav files easily using eSpeak to be told when a window gets maximised, for example.
