This is not necessarily true. I have had to do the following to get Webvisum to work. Go into the tools menu and then the webvisum submenu and make sure you are logged in by hitting enter on the login option. The log out option would show as unavailable if this is the problem. Then try the control alt 6 keystroke again. I have had to do this from time to time. I don't know why, but I have. :) Maybe it logs in on certain websites automatically and out on others. The keystrokes are Ctrl+Alt+6. If it isn't working it is because you don't have something set up correctly.
