It allows you to type/paste text into an edit box, and then select from 29 different versions of braille in a combo box, and then renders the result into images, but where the alt tags for them tell you things like the dots to be used if writing it in braille, so the picture for A would be 1, and for B, it would be 12 if you chose basic braille.
