People are advising others not to do something, when these people obviously do not have all the right facts. I have tested IE 8 with Jaws 8, 9, and 10. IE 8 does work with jaws 8 apart from the menu bars. Those are not read aloud. Jaws 9, and 10 both work perfectly fine on my Xp, and vista and Windows 7 machines. So, for someone to state that IE 8 doesn't even work with jaws 10 is completely rediculas. It is unadvisable for anyone running jaws 8, or earlier to upgrade to IE 8 do to the lack of menu accessability, but for jaws 9 and 10 users, it works fine.
