Yes. The first part should be done inside Windows, then the rest can be done with Narrator.

This is what I plan to do, use it as my *only* operating system. This will work for me since I've been using a dual boot configuration with Vista on my system partition and Windows 7 on my second boot partition, and I've been using 7 more than Vista ever since.

I am using it as my only operating system. However, I don't recommend this for everyone. You also need a good understanding of particianing a harddrive.

Yes, the file being downloaded is an iso file,and is about 2.3gb in size.
It will have to be burnt to a dvd disk.
