For the record, it's every 2 hours. It does that as a warning that it is
about to expire I believe.

First of all, apologies for any duplicates. Since the below is a very
important announcement, I wish to send this out to as many people as
possible. Second, if you are not using the Windows 7 Beta, then you can
ignore this message.
I'd like to inform you that from tomorrow (July 1), those using the
Windows 7 Beta will experience bi-hourly shutdowns. You should therefore
do any of the following:
1. Back up your files.
2. Reinstall your previous operating system, such as Windows XP or
Windows Vista.
- or -
3. Upgrade to the Wimdows 7 RC (Release Candidate). A clean install is
required for this to work.

www.windows7.com.
