What file types are your pictures saved as?
To put them into an email they will need to be in a format such as .jpg,
.gif, etc. If your pictures are all just in a .doc file then you won't be
able to use those to put into an email. If the pictures have already been
pasted into a .doc file then I believe you can't use them. I think that's
the case. I may be wrong, but maybe somebody else can verify that.

Not sure about Outlook 2000, but in Outlook Express 2003, here are the
steps.
1. Go under the insert tab on the menu bar.
2. Arrow down to picture. Hit enter.
3. It will bring up a normal dialog box where you can tab over to browse
and
then find the picture you want to insert.
4. Hit enter and then send your email as normal.
