Once a single user licence of vista or any version of windows has been
installed, it can only be reinstalled onto that same machine. Any other
attempts to install it onto another system is a violation of the end user
licence agreement, which is a legal document.

First, I am unable to answer your question definitely because of
possible driver conflicts and a lack o fmemory on the netbook. I would
have to know the specs on the netbook, whether the vista on the laptop
is an OEM version, and whether you are willing to deal with finding
drivers for audio, video, network adapters, etc.
