Hello all,
Please can you help? My friend's using Windows XP Home SP3 with the latest
JAWS 10. When he tries to up and down arrow through a context menu, for
example, it takes him somewhere completely different instead of what he
wants to choose. Should an uninstall/reinstall with shared components fix
the problem?
Also, he's trying to listen to an audiobook using Winamp. Since it's on his
pen drive, it's coming up with a manage portable devices dialogue box which
can't even be seen with the JAWS cursor. I'm going to look into this thanks
to a Tandem session later, but does anyone have any ideas how to use this
dialogue box?
All advice would be greatly appreciated.
