Hi Dan, I am using Clearwire and it is very accessible. I know nothing
about the VOIP service you are talking about.
Clearwire is not in all areas yet, but, you can check in your area. If you
want more information, contact me off of list and I will get you all of the
information. There website is not very accessible with this older version
of Jaws, but, I still like it a lot.
