Hi Sue,
The quick way is to do JAWS key plus v type p until you land on
punctuation and then use the space bar to select the level of punctuation
you want. then press enter to return to the application. This only lasts
while you are on that particular screen.
To set a punctuation for a default computer wide. First do a jaws plus
f2. next press c until you land on configuration manager and press enter.
Next do an alt f and up arrow to default and press enter. Then alt f and
right arrow once. You will be on a list of menus. Arrow down to punctuation
and press enter. You will now be on a list of items that you can set the
levels on. once you decide how you like these items, tab to OK and press
enter. then alt f and up arrow to exit. once you exit the configuration it
will ask you if you want to save the changes. press enter and you are good
to go.
God bless,
Mark

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Punctuation In JAWS
I want to change the punctuation from most to some. Can I do this globally
or do I have to change each punctuation mark individually? How do I save
the changes?
Thanks.
Sue
