Hi, My friend recently upgraded from Skype 3.6 to the latest version. He was having an issue where if he would opn Skype, he would get an error message and it would shut down. After upgrading, he was able to use Skype for a couple days, then the problem returned, only this time it happened when he would answer a call. I'm not sure what exactly the error message consisted of, only the "take a deep breath" that Skype usually displays for its errors, although I can get that if it would be helpful. He's running Vista home Premium on a 64-bit machine and Jaws 10 if that will be any help. Thanks, Desiree
