I use NVDA as a backup, attempt to use it if JAWS is not working with an application or web page well, and use it on my kids computer when I need to perform some maintenance. Installing the JAWS video drivers on my kids computers would interfere with their games and probably violate the strict Freedom Scientific license.

So what's the point of having NVDA if a person has screen readers such as:
jfw, WE or ZT?
