How do you carry out these instructions prior to the screen
reader taking effect? Also, are the key strokes similar to
JAWS & NVDA?

Yes but you have to pay for it, though you don't need to.
This is because at any computer you can access the Windows
run command with
the Windows key and R, then type
www.satogo.com
 Follow the log-in instructions and you have a screen reader
as long as
you're connected to the Net.
