Try this: 1) Press Windows D to go to the desktop 2) If any icon is slected deselect it by pressing control + space 3) Press the applications key to open the cotext menu. 4) Arrow down to New and press enter 5) Arrow down to Shortcut and press enter 6) type in SNDVOL 7) Tab to next and press enter 8) Type in and name for the shortcut 9) Tab to OK or Finish and press enter.
