Try this;
1. Open the control panel and go to " System " and press enter or press

2. Press control + tab to go to the " Computer name " page.
3. Now, tab to the " change " choice and press space bar. I have not, and

repeat, " have not! ", done this myself, but a very knowledgeable person
told me at one time that if I ever needed to change the name of my
computer
this is where it would be done.
