Completely stripped down, and since it's meant to be primarily used on
mobile phones, etc., it is a lot cleaner in terms of dynamic HTML etc., and
is just a rather simpler interface, which therefore works better with a
screenreader.
It doesn't have all the functionality of the full version of facebook
included in it, but lots of those things aren't perfect for screen reader
use anyway, and it lets you do most of the normal things like update
profiles, and status, comment on other's, etc. etc.
