Really depends on what the sources are?
Simplest, but not necessarily best quality is for me to plug a microphone
into my audio line in on my computer and aim it at the computer speakers,
and then use audacity to record everything, including background noises etc.
However, if you just want something like audio versions of what's on
youtube:
