Hello, I have a problem with my external hard drive, I have no problem opening it and viewing the files. When I go to open a file it tells me file cannot be found. I did get a message the other day, that something like: one of the USB devices is damaged or something like that, I missed that message and never seen it again. I have tried to open zip files on that drive and it tells me the zip file is damaged
