To pay via PayPal you need to register with PayPal. As part of this registration process you need to provide PayPal with some source of funds. This could be your debit card or a credit card. Then after you have registered with this information you will be able to pay for items, typically on EBay by simply using your PayPal login and password. The benefit of this is that you are not passing your bank details all around the internet to various unknown sellers. PayPal will make the payment arrangements on your behalf without revealing any of your bank details. It will then withdraw the amount you pay from your bank card. There are PayPal charges but they are at the sellers end. Of course this probably reflects in the price of the product. Importantly you have protection from fraudulent sellers. There is a dispute centre where, if for example, you pay for but do not get the item then PayPal will re-imburse you and retrieve the payment from the fraudulent seller. This can take up to a month but I have got money back from one seller pretending to sell digital radios for example. 2 You can send money by email using PayPal but I think in order to receive the money the recipient must have an account with PayPal as far as I know. 3. I have never had a problem with using Jaws on either the PayPal site or EBay. Once you get used to it is very straightforward and is normally just a case of tabbing to edit fields to put in your user name and password and then tabbing to links to do things like continue to PayPal and pay. If you are using Firefox it may be necessary to press shift enter rather than just enter on pay or continue links and buttons. How do I pay using paypal? 2. Does both parties need to have a paypal account in order to make payments? 3. How this is jaws related is that I don't know what to click on or where when making a payment. I'm not use to using paypal with jaws.
