[Blind-Computing] Extracting Audio From DVD

Hello all. Is there such a program which would allow me to rip the audio from a 
DVD and easily save it in MP3 format? 
What i do currently is to record audio using Total Recorder but that is quite 
time consuming. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
