Should work fine, if a little slower than copying from internal hard drives etc., but that's due to USB access speeds, so not really an issue.

Stay well

Subject: [Blind-Computing] USB Question

I hope this falls into the realms of a computer related question.

I wanted to know if, I have my external hard drive plugged into one USB slot and I plug in my stream into another at the same time will that work, can 2 devices be using 2 different USB slots at same time and still will I be able to transfer data from the external hard drive to the stream without any problems?

This is on an xp pro computer with Jaws 11.

Patricia
