Hi Marilyn; To stop this; 1. While in any folder in Outlook Express and with no messages open press Alt + V for the view menu. 2. Press enter enter on "current view". 3. Arrow up to "group messages by conversation". If this box is checked, press enter to uncheck it, and pressing enter will alsotake you out of the view menu and back to whatever folder you started at.
