On your system tray, it should say, "connect to a Network." Hit Enter on
this. You should hava list of networks you can choose from. once you find
a network, hit Enter. If it is your own secure network, you will be asked
for the Password. Type this then Enter. Then your computer will ask you
whether you want to save this connection. It is a checkbox. I usually save
the connection. I hope this is what you are looking for. wayne scott
