Blocking pictures in e-mail messages can help protect your privacy. Pictures

Communicating to an external server in this way can verify to the sender

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Two issues with OUTLOOK 2003

Hello group,
Now this is going to be a bit weird. When you read a message in Outlook
2003, it always advises you that pictures have been blocked. First of all, there aren't any pictures with messages coming from this list. I don't plan
to ever download any pictures using Outlook 2003. Is there a way to set
Outlook 2003 so that the following conditions will be permanent.

1. I want to block all photos from ever being downloaded by this program.
2. I want to find a way to remove that annoying message about photos being
blocked since it says the same thing for everything except text messages.

DUPLICATE FILTER:
Someone tried to help me to set up my folders to automatically remove
duplicate messages but I just don't understand the instructions. Can
someone who is familiar with this program please help me to locate that
filter, assuming it exists and tell me how to turn it on?
If I can't get some kind of relief from this nonsense of 3 duplicate
messages for everyone received, I'm going to have to leave some of these
lists.
The funny thing is, it doesn't happen on every list, only on certain ones.

Okay so there are my two major issues.
In a word, help!
