In fact there an easy method for doing that with no less than 2 different programs located on the server. UnDBX and DBXtract.

There is something I need to ask you. On a number of occasions when my system has to be repaired, I often lose my e-mails and it takes a while to get everything setup again.

I believe that there is a way that e-mails can be stored in some other part of the computer or elsewhere. Do you know anything about exporting e-mails to some other place and retrieve them later?
