Hello Lori. Another way of doing this is to go to the inbox and put the 
cursor on the message you wish to block and press Alt+m, followed by S. 
You'll be asked if you wish to remove all messages you may have on your 
system from this sender and you can either answer yes or no by tabbing to 
the desired answer. Hope this helps.
