Hi, Mike,

I'm going back to IE 6. I tried all the steps you suggested and nothing worked. Thanks for trying to help anyway.

Hi Rosemarie;

Do the following.
1. Go to the website you want as your new home page.
2. Next, alt + T, for tools, then O for options.
3. When the internet options properties page opens, tab until you hear, use
current as home page button, and spacebar that.
4. Tab to the apply button, and spacebar that.
5. Tab to make sure the address is correct, and simply hit enter because the
default button at that point is the okay button.

You are done.

Hope this helps. Take care.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] having trouble changing my home page

Hi, everyone,

I just installed IE 7 to use with NVDA but now I can't change my home page.
I followed everything I know to do but always end up back on the microsoft
home page which isn't what I want.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Thanks very much in advance.

Rosemarie
