Hello Cliff,
If I understood your question correctly, you could create one blank
message with all of the addresses in it, then save it to your desktop or
some where you can find it easily. Then when you want to send a message to
all of the people you normally send to, you can open the blank message you
previously created and it will already have all of the addresses in it.
